EXCHANGE AND RETURNS


RETURNS

  • In order to be eligible for a full refund, all customers must return their items of purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in perfect condition.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All items must be non-fragrant.
  • All items must not be washed and tampered with.
  • All items must not have any sign of being stretched.
  • All items must have original ‘SENSHI’ tags attached.
  • All items must be returned in their original ‘SENSHI’ packaging.
  • All customers are responsible for their own postage costs as we do not offer free returns.
  • We do not offer returns in store.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are free of charge and can be requested within 14 days.
  • We do not offer exchanges in store.


REFUND

Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
All returns and exchanges are examined by our quality inspection team. Once approved only then a full issue of a refund or exchange is made.

  • Within 10 working days a full refund will be issued.
  • Within 10 working days a full exchange will be issued.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.K public holidays.


Please Note-

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe the item does not meet our criteria.
  • In order to start the return/exchange process- please follow the instructions provided in the envelope in the packaging.
